PROPRIETÀ DEL TIMO

Questa pianta aromatica,  è particolarmente indicato per il trattamento di problemi che interessano le vie respiratorie. Il timo vanta la presenza di una moltitudine di vitamine del gruppo B, contiene inoltre sali minerali come manganese, ferro, potassio e calcio. Viene considerata come una pianta officinale e aromatica al tempo stesso. Al timo inoltre vengono attribuite proprietà balsamiche grazie alla presenza di oli essenziali contenuti al suo interno dalle proprietà antisettiche e anti-catarrali.
