La menta delle Aromatiche di Girafi, viene utilizzata per aromatizzare pietanze come carni e insalate, si accosta bene alle verdure estive, come pomodori, cetrioli, melanzane e zucchine. Data la freschezza dell’aroma si presta bene anche per la produzione di prodotti dolciari, bevande e liquori. Sia essiccata che fresca, la menta può essere utilizzata come spezia con cui insaporire i piatti. È ottima inoltre con  insalate, verdure, legumi e cereali. Con le foglie essiccate unite al succo o alla scorza di limone, potete inoltre preparare una bevanda aromatica estiva.

PROPRIETÀ DELLA MENTA
